Assemblymen James Gallagher and Kevin Kiley have authoritatively won their claim against Gov.Gavin Newsom.

On Friday at Sutter Superior Court judge Sarah Heckman in her last nine-page deciding that Newsom manhandled his power by changing state law disregarding the California constitution during the COVID-19 pandemic.
