‘This Is A Tragedy’: 2 Children, Woman Dead After Incident By Boston Parking Garage

A woman and two children are dead following an event at a Northeastern University parking garage on Christmas. a lively police work is underway.

Police responded just before 1:30 p.m. Wednesday to the Renaissance Park Garage, where they found the lady and youngsters unconscious. They were pronounced dead at a close-by hospital.
“At now, this is often a death investigation,” Boston commissioner William Gross said at a press conference.

Gross said he spoke with Boston Mayor Marty Walsh, and he was upset by the incident.

“This may be a tragedy,” Gross said.

Police are still within the process of identifying the lady and two children, who are believed to be under 5 years old. Gross said he wouldn't rush to conclusions about the explanation for the deaths.

Suffolk County DA Rachael Rollins is leading the investigation.

“On Christmas and therefore the season where many of us are celebrating, it are often a challenging and difficult time,” she said. “I feel it imperative that we let people know that there's help.”
